A másodikon nem sikerül megfejtenem éppen mi történik, esetleg egy másik képet tudnál róla feltenni, amin jobban látszik, vagy le tudnád írni nagyjából magyarul?

1. In my mind he has an unhealthy lifestyle and he doesn't follow the leaflet at all. He's watching tv, while he's drinking cola and eating sweats/fast food. I think he doesn't go to a gym or do any sports at home. His room or his living room is so messy, and I think it's unhealthy too.

I think the boy has had an unhealthy life. Now he wants to change, so he is visiting a doctor to help him. Maybe he is telling her how he lived, and she is giving her ideas, how to change, and be healthier.
