Ingerdients:
1 tsp butter
half onion
2 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
3 chopped tomato
half chopped carrot
2x 1/4 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 tsp sugar
half tsp pepper
2 tbsp cream
Instructions:
First, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pot on medium-low heat. The butter should melt and slightly simmer .Next, add a bay leaf, 2 clove garlic and half onion. Now add the fresh chopped tomatoes and the carrot. Put 1/4 salt in it. Mix well. Add half cup of water. Blend to a lovely smooth consistency to make the tomato soup puree. Add another half cup of water. Next, add 1 teaspoon of sugar. Simmer on low heat until the tomato soup becomes hot, but is not boiling. Next add half tsp of pepper. Lastly add 2 tbsp of cream. Mix well and it finished.
