Living in a flat is cheaper, than a house. It's usually smaller, and your neighbours are closer. The walls aren't thick, so you can hear more if a child cries at night. It can be really irritating. You don't have to think about the garden, because you don't have one. It's probably more safety. Robbers will find a house first than a flat, and your neighbours easy can hear you if something happened.

A house has a garden, where you can keep different animals, you can go there, when you want to. The house is bigger, you can keep there more things. You can't hear your neighbours quarrel, but they can't hear you if you need help. You have to cut the grass, and water the flowers, if you want a nice garden.

I'd prefer to live in a house. I love nature and I'd like a garden. I'd have fruit trees, and flowers in it. Maybe, I'd have a small pool and a pond too.

I'd prefer to live in a flat. I feel more comfortable near others, and I couldn't do anything with a garden. I could read/draw there too, and if I want to, I'd go to a park.
