As for fruit I often eat apples as they are available in all seasons. In the summer I also eat whatever is in season, for example strawberries, raspberries, apricots and peaches. I think they are healthy when eaten in smallish quantities.
Of vegetables I like carrot and broccoli a lot. They are super healthy. Sometimes I also eat potatoes in the form of homemade chips. Potato is not the healthiest vegetable so I am trying to cut down on it.
