South Canyon souther edge (approx?). 40 km from the Grand Canyon from the nearly small airport (Grand Canyon National Park Airport) you can fly by plane or helicopter.

Azt akarod mondani, hogy az USA-ban van. "It is in the United States of America". Ha szebben akarod elkezdeni, akkor például írhatsz olyanokat, hogy az USA egyik nemzeti kincse. "It's one of the national treasures of the USA."
"Theodore Roosevelt to found a National Park in 1919."
Roosevelt alapította, ezért "to found" helyett "founded". Esetleg használhatsz passzív szerkezetet, nem tudom, hogy azt tanultátok-e már. "The national park was founded by Theodore Roosevelt in 1919."

Látták helyett inkább felfedezték (discover), és nem spanyol emberek, hanem spanyol felfedezők (explorer). Ismét passzívat használnék. "The canyon was first discovered by spanish explorers in 1540."

Nagy Niki: Az Északi-perem kisebb és távoli terület a turisták számára. A 67-es úton érhető el.A Déli-perem jóval könnyebben megközelíthető, mint az északi. A legtöbb turista ezt az oldalt látogatja. Itt van a park központja, és számos kisebb szálloda, étterem és bevásárlóközpont. A Déli-peremnél közel 40 km hosszon lehet sétálni a Grand Canyon peremén, autóút is vezet a perem mellett. 5 éve 0

Nagy Niki: A közelben fekvő kis repülőtérről (Grand Canyon National Park Airport) körrepülésre lehet indulni kisrepülőgéppel vagy helikopterrel. Ezeket a mondatokat próbáltam lefordítani amiket nem értettél. Seígítenél benne hogy akkor hogy fordítsam ezeket? 5 éve 0

zsombi0806: Most megnéztem és az Északi-perem az valóban a North Rim (legalábbis úgy tűnik). Az elsőt azt akkor kb. úgy mondanád ahogy írtam, de mindjárt írom a teljes szöveget a következő kommentben. 5 éve 0

Most tourists visit the South Rim though, because it's easier to access. Here is the park centre and lots of small hotels, restaurants and supermarkets can be found around. People can go around the South Rim by foot, but that's almost a 40 km walk, so there is also a road neaby. 5 éve 0
