How have you been? I’m writing to ask you for some pieces of advice.
During my stay in the US, I put on weight. It hadn't bothered me but I came across an advertisement saying the earlier I start the easier it will be. So I decided to go on a diet last month. I’ve cut out carbohydrates as much as I can and I always eat some kind of healthy snack when I crave something sweet.
Can you give me any other suggestions? Do you have any healthier food recommendations?
