Following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, her eldest son Charles has become King. It is good to know that before the Queen passed away he lost her husband, Philip and her mother too.
By the way Charles will be known as King Charles III and he is probably going to rule his country with her correct wife, Camilla. Unfortunetly Camilla is only his second wife because Diana passed away in a car accident. Because of this there were conflicts in the royal family. He is going to be the first Charles to sit on the throne since 1685. The Queen, who died on 8 September, was the longest-reigning monarch in British history.
Prince George of Wales is the second in line to the throne and Princess Charlotte of Wales is the first who is going to get on the throne when she grows up.
